A
trigger-happy policeman in Gombe state has
been lynched by an angry mob for allegedly killing a man. The exact
cause of
the squabble between the late man and the police officer is yet
unknown. According to a twitter user who witnessed the mob action, angry
youths who
saw what happened immediately took the law into their hands by
descending on
the policeman, lynching him to death in the process before other law
enforcement officers arrived at the scene.
